  Items in the box are damaged or missing.
Please contact us via e-mail at sales@ebfhair.com or by telephone (514) 448-6603. You need to contact us within 10 days of delivery date. If the package was shipped via FedEx, we can start a tracer at which time FedEx will contact you.

Item shipped was wrong or defective.
Please contact us via e-mail at sales@ebfhair.com or by telephone (514) 448-6603. You need to contact us within 10 days of delivery date. Before you can ship the item back to us, you need a return authorization number from us. If we shipped you the wrong item, we will pay for your shipping cost (via FedEx Ground) to ship the item back to us. We will ship the correct item to you free of charge.
