How long does it take to receive my order?
It depends on the location and the form of shipment. It takes about three days with UPS Express within Canada and five days within the US.

What if my Shipping and Billing Addresses are different?
All orders undergo series of verification processes before shipping. Orders sent by UPS and Fedex are subject to Phone/E-Mail verification.
Please remember that many credit card companies and banks are allowing more than one Billing Address per account. For example, this means that you can add your work address as a Secondary Billing Address in order to receive goods at your work with no hassles.

When will I receive my refund in my account?
Once we have approved your refund claim, it usually takes three business days to appear on your online credit/bank card statement. Each refund will be returned by the similar way of payment.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you would like to cancel or amend an order, contact us at 514-290-9128 or email us at sales@ebfhair.com as soon as possible. We will gladly do everything to accommodate your request.
However, shipped orders cannot be cancelled or amended. They can only be returned or exchanged.

How long will it takes for a return or an exchange?
Upon reception of returned items, it takes about three to five business days to process the exchange before it will be shipped back to the customer. We will give an email confirmation and a tracking number to track your package.

Does your business do wholesale?
Yes, at this moment, we only deal with selected product lines only to beauticians and business owners.
We also accept Bulk order discounts through email only.

Do I have to pay more if I'm ordering from Overseas?
If you are ordering from outside Canada , you should expect to pay Customs Fees or Duties for all imported goods, unless the products are produced in North America (mainly the law applies to hair and skin care items).
Since the rules and fee amounts vary for each country, it is impossible to provide such information.

Where does your company ship?
We ship in Canada, U.S. and Internationally through UPS and Fedex. These shipping companies are used by our business for their efficiency and safety. However, if the customer prefers another company, we will gladly oblige.
