For Canadian customers, it takes between two (2) and six (6) business days, depending on your location, to receive your order. For residents in Northern Territories (NT), Nunavut (NU) and Yukon (YT), add two (2) to four (4) extra business days and they are not entitled to free shipping for orders over $100. For U.S. customers, shipments are sent by FedEx International Ground. It takes between two (2) and six (6) business days, depending on your location, to receive your order. For orders outside Canada, customers are responsible to pay any customs fees from their own countries. Fees may vary from products and countries of origins and destinations.
